Keynote Speaker @ Osborne High School
Thank you to Petyon Tyrie, Director of School Leadership, for inviting me to speak to the 2024 3DE Graduates at Osborne High School.
I spoke to the students about the importance of not quitting when they are faced with obstacles in the future.
It was a pleasure watching the students walk across the stage to receive their stole for graduation.

I enjoyed volunteering with Bailey Shey Morris put together a Period Project Packing Party in Raleigh, NC. A group of local female leaders put together 850+ Period Packs.
Leadership groups included National Women in Roofing, the Women Business Owners Network of the Triangle, and the National Association of Women in Construction.

Business Judge/Coach at Osborne High School
The 9th grade 3DE students presented their final Case Challenge. Five teams presented, and we recognized the strengths of their work and provided feedback where needed. Although there was one winner, all groups did a great job.
As a Business Coach earlier in the year, I aimed to advise student start-up teams on how they could improve for the launch of their businesses at Market Day. They did AMAZING & I certainly enjoyed the food!
Thanks for the opportunities, Patrick Allegra.
2,622 Period Packs were made!
A record!
Pads, feminine hygiene wipes, and panty liners were collected to create Period Packs. Each pack consisted of pads, liners, and wipes.
The need for feminine hygiene products is increasing in schools and homeless shelters. It is a necessity.

Cynthia is working hand in hand with Tabeer, President and Secretary of the TKCC (Tennessee Kurdish Community Council).
"As a dynamic community, like any other group of people, Nashville’s Kurdish community faces many challenges. These range from teaching English to those which have recently immigrated, to ensuring that the youth of the community do not fall victim to the many urban issues we face as a city. The Tennessee Kurdish Community Council (TKCC) was formed to respond to these challenges, especially those specific to our community. "

Cynthia partnered with Operation PEACE to make 29 students feel special for Christmas 2021!
Each child was matched with a sponsor. The sponsors did a fantastic job getting Christmas gifts for their children, making their Christmas feel extra special!
Operation PEACE is an academic enrichment program that serves families residing in an East Atlanta subsidized housing community.
