Booking Your Appointment

Deposit

 A deposit is not required to reserve an appointment unless the Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies and the client has canceled, rescheduled, or missed an appointment without notice twice. 


Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure availability for all clients, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.


Cancellations/Reschedules:

1. The first instance made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a warning.

2. A second instance will require full payment upfront to book future appointments.


No Call No Shows:

1. The first instance will result in a warning.

Late Arrivals

Please be on time for your appointment to respect everyone's time. We cannot go past your reserved appointment timeframe to respect the next client’s booked appointment. The pricing of the service will not be adjusted if you are late.


Refunds

Services- All services are non-refundable.

 

Products- All skincare products are non-refundable. Should you have a skin reaction, a product can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
 

Equal Esthetics is committed to using only safe, professional products that are free from harmful ingredients. We engage with each client thoroughly to ensure the best experience and results, openly discussing the risks and setting clear expectations for every treatment. 


Treatments and products differ for each individual, as everyone's skin is distinct. We require consultants before a facial service to educate ourselves on your skin type, condition, and history. Working together as a team, we can provide services and recommend skincare products tailored to your needs.

 

Communicating Preferences

Kindly share your preferences with us concerning the massage pressure, choice of spa music, and whether you prefer conversation or silence. 


Discomfort or Dissatisfaction

Please inform us right away if you feel uncomfortable for any reason. We can only address issues if we are informed of them during the service. It is our aim to ensure your experience is both positive and memorable. 


Modesty

We will provide you with a spa robe or towel wrap depending on the type of treatment you will receive. Should you prefer not to use a robe, you may remain in your clothing you came in with.
 

Attire

Please wear casual and comfortable attire if you choose not to wear the spa robe or towel wrap.

 

Health History

For your safety, it is crucial to inform us of any allergies (such as to shellfish or nuts), existing medical conditions, disabilities, recent health changes, current medications, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Additionally, please notify us prior to your appointment if you have recently undergone a chemical peel, laser treatment, or had significant sun exposure, as certain treatments may be contraindicated for specific skin conditions. 


If you have any medical contraindications, you may be advised to seek approval from your physician before being serviced. Equal Esthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if we believe there is a concern for risk.

 

Minors

All minors under 18 must have a parent/guardian signature on all forms and be present during the entire appointment.

  

Gratuities

Gratuities are not required but are gladly accepted.

  

Jewelry

Please remove any jewelry, such as necklaces and earrings, as they can interfere with a treatment.

  

Shaving

If you need to shave, please do so the day before your appointment to ensure you have a relaxing experience. Shaving on the day of your facial or body treatment may leave your skin prone to irritation.

  

Children

 Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the treatment room.

  

Pets

Pets are not permitted in the treatment room.

  

Right To Refuse Service

We have the right to refuse service to anyone misbehaving, intoxicated, or if their state of health may negatively influence the effects of the service.
 

Inappropriate Behavior/Solicitation

Equal Esthetics maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual solicitation, inappropriate behavior, or sexual misconduct by clients. Should a client fail to discontinue any inappropriate conduct, the service will be terminated immediately, local authorities will be notified, and subsequent legal actions may be taken.
 

Equal Esthetics LLC may change, add, cancel, remove, or otherwise modify the policies listed on this website at any time without prior notice.
